Ibu Sri Kadarwati (Ibu Titiek) and the late Drg. Hari Poernomo began with Aneka Kue Tampah Mini — assorted bite-sized cakes on bamboo trays — supplying well-known caterers across Greater Jakarta.

Forty-five years in one kitchen
Tiska Catering Service was founded in Bogor in 1980 and is run by the third generation of the same family. All production happens in a single kitchen in Tanah Sereal, and is delivered to events across Greater Jakarta.

1990
From cakes to cuisine
No longer only cakes — now a wide range of dishes, serving home gatherings through to large weddings in venues across Bogor and Jakarta.
2017
A new generation, a new craft
The baton passed to Bimo Haryo Dewanto & Rita Ariyani — a complete rebrand, a new identity and a more modern take on flavour.
2019
The Bintaro Kitchen Hub
We briefly ran a Kitchen Hub in Bintaro to reach Jakarta clients from closer by; all production is now back in our Bogor kitchen.
2020
Enduring & innovating
Through the COVID-19 pandemic, Tiska held steady and kept innovating — growing in the wedding segment with hampers and Nasi Keranjang (rice meals presented in woven baskets).

Rapid growth
Innovative menus were warmly received; strategic partnerships extended our reach across Greater Jakarta.
